juju init
juju switch local

最后一个命令生成了一条错误消息：

error: 503 503 Service Unavailable

注意：我在使用VMWare播放器的VM上运行了Ubuntu 12.04 Server。我还必须使用互联网代理（是的，我在环境变量中定义了我的代理服务器：http_proxy和https_proxy）。
