我刚从Camera API文档检查了这个git（git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/cordova-plugin-camera.git），如果你的源代码也使用了这个包名，那么它的src/android/CameraLauncher.java文件的包名是com.apache.cordova.camera，那么你的配置文件值应更改为org.apache.cordova.camera.CameraLauncher
