cx_Freeze：ImportError：DLL加载失败

我已经使用cx_Freeze 4.3.1成功创建了我的Python 3.3程序的独立版本，它在一台PC上完美运行，但在另一台PC上引发错误。错误的最后一行说：

File "ExtensionLoader_PyQt5_QtWidgets.py", line 11, in <module>
ImportError: DLL load failed: The specified module could not be found.

两台PC都没有安装Python并运行64位Windows 7，所以我真的不知道是什么原因导致错误。

解决方案：使用Dependency Walker我可以确定丢失的DLL是“D3DCompiler_43.dll”。因此，DirectX Update应该可以解决错误。
