ALL是DNS问题......
我不知道谁对这种情况负责？是我的ISP提供商吗？我必须生气谁？

这是在Heroku上的dyno中对DNS2解析EC2服务器主机名的问题。
除非你在你的dyno上配置了某种疯狂的自定义buildpack，否则这可能是他们最终的短暂问题。
