GWTP，为什么ScrollPanel在Firefox中不能在UiBuinder中运行？

我得到了Test.u.xml

<g:ScrollPanel addStyleNames="{style.happy-user-message}"><g:Label ui:field="happyLabel" text="lot of text her........" /></g:ScrollPanel>

我的Css文件有

.happy-user-message{
width:100%;
height:20px;}

打印出来时它理解了css所以只显示了一些文字，但是我没有在Firefox中看到任何滚动条，在Chrome中它没关系？

为什么？

如果我动态编写ScrollPanel（没有使用UiBinder）那么没有问题吗？
