Rails：CSS / Javascript在本地工作正常但在Heroku上没有

在heroku（生产）上，所有的javascript文件都连接到application.js，但在本地开发中它们仍然是自己的文件。您遇到的问题是加载顺序之一。要解决这个问题，请做两件事。
