InsertAPN()方法不写APN设置 - Android 2.3.6

我有一个Android应用程序应该将新的APN设置写入设备但是每次运行应用程序时,新的APN设置似乎都没有写入设备(执行后APN设置完全空白)I相信这可能与InsertAPN()[如下所示]的问题有关,但是我无法确定问题的根本原因。

您无法再在Android 4.0及更高版本上以编程方式更改APN设置。因此,如果您在Android 4.0或更高版本上进行调试,那就是您的问题所在。
