您无法运行库。 您需要在项目中包含库并运行它。
google-play-services_lib根本就没有应用。所以你不能像应用程序那样运行它。
如果您想在模拟器上测试Google Play服务应用，则需要选择最新的GoogleApi-18 avd图像。它预装了谷歌播放服务。
