好的我是新问题在stackoverflow上提出问题，但我需要弄明白这一点。我安装了运行Ubuntu 12.04 LTS的Apache的VPS。我下载了一个php脚本，需要php 5.4+但我安装了5.3。然后我按照this link.处的说明进行操作在进行升级时，安装程序告诉我手动更改了我的php.ini文件。我相信我这样做是为了在很久以前用“display_errors = on”变量查看屏幕上的错误。因此，我选择了KEEP的选项并使用旧版本的php.ini。安装完成后，apache服务器重新启动。我转到我的Chrome浏览器并按“刷新”，令我沮丧的是，“403 Forbidden”。

我将用户名隐藏到{usr}，将文件夹隐藏到{server}以保持匿名。此文件是由ME创建的，通过将其与其他一些示例文件放在一起。我不确定这是否正确，我所知道的是，在升级之前，一切都运行良好！

我还“LL”以及“公共”文件夹，这是我发现的内容：

您是否也升级了Apache 2？ Apache 2.4有一个新的用户权限策略系统：http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/upgrading.html#run-time
