您不能简单地获取像素数据并将其转换为8位(除非您确定所有值在字节支持的范围内都是ALREADY)。 这是因为你会改变重要数据:Dicom文件可能会以视觉密度单位或Hounsfield单位存储像素数据,修改这些值可能会搞砸。

您可以将变换应用于8位到演示数据,由模态VOI / LUT和演示VOI / LUT变换产生的值。

使用example库的imebra使用演示数据获取每个颜色通道图像8位,然后以jpeg格式保存。 在颜色转换和图像分配中将颜色空间从YBR_FULL修改为RGB,以获得RGB图像。
