检查您的项目 - &gt;属性 - &gt; VC ++目录 - &gt;库目录,包括OpenCV库所在的路径,默认为&#39; C:\ opencv \ build \ x86 \ vc11 \ lib&#39; (在运行VS2012的32位计算机上,它会因其他设置而异)。

也许您正在构建win32但链接到x64。如果您将应用程序设置为x64,那么它将构建,而在win32中,它会提供链接错误。右键单击解决方案,然后转到配置平台列。我发现设置它很棘手,我不知道它是否有缺陷。
