您在Android应用中使用CBC,在PHP代码中使用ECB。有关详细信息,请参阅wikipedia

尝试将mcrypt参数更改为MCRYPT_MODE_CBC。另外我相信mcrypt总是使用零填充(我不是PHP专家)所以在Android方面你必须使用"AES/CBC/ZeroBytePadding"
