This GitHub issue也讨论了这个问题。可以将Vim配置为通过复制然后覆盖原始文件来进行备份，而不是移动原始文件并写入新文件。虽然这在技术上不是你问题的答案，但它应该足以解决你的问题：

Vim现在将编辑该文件，并且Karma会将此检测为“已更改”而非“已删除”。

从karma documentation开始，似乎有一个“排除”选项可以删除某些文件模式。如果您将选项修改为具有不同的备份名称并忽略Vim备份格式，则它应该可以正常工作。
