我认为您的问题是UTF8编码。默认情况下，UTF-8编码会添加BOM（ByteOrderMark），而ContentLength与传输的数据不同步。尝试创建一个没有BOM的UTF8编码（使用另一个重载），它应该解决问题。

此外，我不会自己添加Basic auth标头。我只是在请求上设置crdentials，让HttpWebRequest为我做auth。
