向tableView-cell添加永久复选标记

Question

我的viewController包含一个tableView，用户可以通过coreData添加单元格。 我定义了细胞：

当用户点击单元格上的按钮时，应显示复选标记。但是，当我重新加载或重新启动应用程序时，并非所有选中标记都存在。也许有更好的方法来做到这一点。
