因为tcgetpgrp函数不是由ISO C standard定义的，它必须由所有操作系统支持，而是由IEEE POSIX标准定义，Unix标准最常支持{ {1}}系统环境。

<unistd.h>是由POSIX标准定义的头文件，而不是ISO C标准。

升级到POSIX兼容系统，或使用Windows API，为Windows平台提供类似的服务。
