问题最终变得简单，代码是正确的。但是因为最终图像是525个字节，而不是512个字节的倍数，所以读取中断了。只需要用0填充我的图像，使图像大小为1024B，这样读取就可以得到所有512个字节。

（显然可能更好的想法是没有这样的小型无格式磁盘，但出于学习目的，这是我真正需要的）
