我遇到了同样的问题。剪贴板中的图像上下颠倒。我设法找出了，您可以检查Stride值以查看图像是否反转：

if (d.Stride > 0)

    bmp.RotateFlip(RotateFlipType.Rotate180FlipNone);
}
