在WinForms(以及WebForms和WPF ...)中,您无法访问构造函数中的设计时值。相反,框架会调用您的无参数构造函数,然后使用对象上相应的属性设置器来完成初始化。
如果设计者用户未在设计时指定所有属性值应该是什么,那么在构造函数中设置对象属性的默认值是明智之举。所以你的构造函数原样很好。
