您收到错误的原因是因为您正在尝试遍历字符串。它试图遍历一个字符串的原因是因为这一行：

SignalR会为你序列化你的对象，所以既然你在hub方法中序列化，那么通过线路的数据是双序列化的，然后代表一个普通的字符串，因此当它到达客户端时它被反序列化为一个字符串。

对字符串执行.each将抛出，因为它要求调用参数是数组或对象。

修复您的问题只需删除序列化，然后使用您的选项调用该函数，即：
