绑定适用于客户端和服务。您正确修改了客户端，但您也需要在服务器端执行此操作。

客户端向服务器发送请求 - 服务器正在进行反序列化，并且在反序列化时发生错误。一切都指出你没有更新服务器端配置的绑定（web.config）
