问题是，我安装了GStreamer 0.10.x和1.x并将两者分别混合在一起。

当我尝试使用GStreamer 1.x编译我的项目时，CMake记住了一些缓存设置。清理CMake项目的Out-of-Source构建目录并再次使用GStreamer-0.10.x依赖项重新构建项目后，我的程序再次按预期工作。
