$discogsJSON不是数组，而是stdClass对象。结果是此对象的属性。
这应该可以满足您的需求。
echo $discogsJSON->results['0']->thumb;
但是，向true添加json_decode标志可能更方便，以确保返回的值是关联数组。
$discogsJSON = json_decode($returnData, true);
