工作正常，但如果设备已激活热点并尝试在SocketException之后广播数据包：SocketException: sendto failed: ENETUNREACH (Network is unreachable)

重要的是你用“真正的”ip-address调用getBroadcastAddress（我见过的一些方法无法在热点上提供）：
