此外，http://ericbottard.github.com/cloudfoundry-tomcat-7提供了一个找不到的页面，这让我觉得这不是一个有效的存储库。

此外我建议首先使用Maven Central，这意味着你的pom.xml文件中没有存储库条目，这是完全错误的。

只检查它是否在没有存储库定义的情况下工作。如果您确实需要定义其他存储库，请更好地使用存储库管理器（Artifactory，Nexus，Archiva）。

另一件事是我在你的pom中看到的版本是已发布的版本已经处于矛盾状态，并没有为开发做好准备。所以最好的方法是使用SNAPSHOT版本进行开发。
