无法从命令提示符或Netbeans IDE启动MySQL社区服务器

我在Windows 7上安装了Netbeans 7.此外，还有MySQL社区服务器5.6.12  与同名7 PC上的MSI安装程序一起安装。

MySQL服务器与Netbeans IDE集成在一起。但是，无法从命令提示符或Netbeans IDE启动或停止MySQL服务器。

我只能从Windows 7服务工具启动或停止服务器。 此外，很难从Netbeans IDE运行SQL查询，即使它显示与MySQL服务器有连接。

我已将my.ini文件添加到MySQL服务器的已安装目录中，即：

C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.6
