在浏览器上的index.php文件之前运行index.html文件

我的FTP服务器上的文件中有两个文件

1 ) index.html
2 ) index.php 

index.php文件是word-press文件，我在index.html中通过iframe使用它，所以我想运行index.html而不是index.php但是index.php默认运行。

如果可能的话，我也不想使用.htaccess规则

如何加载index.html而不是index.php

最简单的方法：将index.php重命名为index2.php并从index.html链接到它。
