我有一台Windows 7 x64机器。我安装了neo4j，非常顺利。然后我设法安装了neo4django和neo4j-embedded，这也很好。

但是我决定更改它所在的目录，所以我在powershell中停止了neo4j服务并将其移到另一个地方。从那以后我无法重启服务，但是如果我运行控制台它会在java.exe窗口中启动neo4j（我认为）因此它可以工作（localhost：7474可访问，能够运行neo4j嵌入式示例脚本等）直到我关闭那个java.exe窗口。

在Windows中创建服务时，通常会绑定操作系统可以找到的可执行文件的位置。因为您移动了目录，所以Neo4J服务不再有效。您必须做的是删除旧服务，使用新目录重新创建服务，然后启动它。
