我已经通过iis 7.5部署了我的asp.net应用程序（VS 2005），从iis浏览页面（例如localhost / MyApp / login.aspx）时显示

Cannot find table 0.

Exception Details: System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Cannot find table 0.

我启用了IIS身份验证中的匿名身份验证，而所有其他禁用...

在我创建的应用程序池的Advace设置中：

                   - Managed PipeLine : Local System

                   - Load User Profile : True

在默认网站中 - ＆gt;基本设置 - ＆gt;连接为 - ＆gt;选择应用程序用户（传递身份验证）
