logcat说明了一切

TPCS_VESSEl.vessel_name不能为空。在创建时，您似乎已将其声明为null。所以最好设置一个默认值。。或者插入时给这个变量加一个值

根据您的logcat，您将vessel_name的空值插入数据库。然后在表格中为NOT NULL设置vessel_name。所以最好在OR中为该列设置默认值。

好的，所以我找到了解决方案。我将database.insert和database.query命令移到for循环之外，如下所示：
