您可能已将所有必需的lib安装为二进制文件,但显然您没有安装相应的标头。

要运行动态链接的应用程序,您需要安装依赖项的.so个文件。要编译一个应用程序,你还需要安装依赖项的头文件(如果是使用pkg-config.pc的文件库),根据错误消息,你没有。

大多数软件包管理系统都已设置好,因此库中的标头和.pc文件(以及通常所有只在编译使用该库的应用程序时相关的文件 - 而不是在运行它时)都包含在-dev个包裹。所以你需要安装clutter-dev等等。
