没有看到你的实际server.js代码（你应该在你的问题中插入），我只能猜测可能是什么问题。所以...我的猜测是你的server.js没有在正确的端口上听（当然，我可能是错的......）。

在node.js开发人员部分的WindowsAzure.com网站上的node.js tutorial中，有一个“Hello World”示例，显示了如何从环境中获取端口：

您不能让您的服务器在端口80上侦听。您需要从process.env.PORT抓取正确的端口。

作为旁注，请确保您在移植任何ES6。我在浏览器中打开了Visual Studio编辑器，它立即对此抱怨。相应地调整为我解决了500。
