不确定为什么但是在connection.open params中添加autocommit = True似乎解决了这个问题。因为提交为什么没有connection.commit（）或cursor.execute（'commit;'）纠正问题是一个问题？

问题实际上在你的代码中：

    ..
    try:
        cursor=connection.cursor()
        if isStored:
            args = cursor.callproc(proc,args)
            return args
        else:
            cursor.execute(proc,args)
        connection.commit()
    except mysql.connector.Error as e:
    ..

如果您使用的是Stored Routine，则会立即返回，因此永远不会调用commit（）。
