需要在NULL stringbuilder值中设置空格

我有一个字段，我试图通过使用StringBuilder将长度设置为25，然后在该字段内的特定位置填充字符串值。但是，当我从该字段中的值中打印出值时，该值如下所示：

 M�����������0��������������

显然我需要从该字段中删除“＆amp;＃0”值。任何帮助/方向将不胜感激。
