您是否检查过该文件是否存在？你可以打开它吗？ C:\Users\Mona\Desktop\vs_18659_RTL_x86_enu_VS2005ImageLibrary.cab

您安装了Vista Service Pack 1吗？这应该有助于解决一些VS问题。还可以尝试将DVD复制到硬盘并从那里安装。
