升级后的Google App Engine Launcher ImportError

我升级了GAE Launcher for Windows 1.8.0。现在当我尝试运行任何程序（python2.7）时，我在应用程序引擎启动器日志中得到以下导入错误：

from email.utils import (
ImportError: No module named email.utils
2013-05-22 10:25:12 (Process exited with code 1)

我有最新版本的App Engine，eclipse，pydev等插件。我已经在我的应用程序首选项中导入了所有库。有什么想法吗？

事实证明问题出在Windows 64位版本的某些软件和32位版本的python上。一旦我卸载了32位版本的Python 2.7.2并安装了64位版本，一切正常。
