无法在android studio中创建新项目

Question

• 所以我下载了Android Studio设置。
• 添加了JAVA_HOME环境变量。
• 安装了工作室，经过相当多的实验后，它正常运行。
• 无法创建此错误的新项目 -
  Your Android SDK is out of date or is missing templates. Please ensure you are using SDK version 22 or later.
• 更改了项目结构设置。 Similar to this on windows。仍然无法创建相同错误的coz。
• 已检查过的SDK管理器。它说我已经拥有SDK tools的第22版。重新安装它。仍然无法创建新项目。

我该怎么做才能让它发挥作用？

注意 - 我之前没有在系统中安装eclipse或任何安装的android。
