安装父工具就像魅力（可以在本地m2存储库中找到它），但安装基础项目总是运行tomcat ?!我只想构建战争并将其安装在本地m2存储库中。这有什么不对？

ps：我不喜欢总是提到依赖项和插件，因此将它们留在父项目中会很好，因为我需要在每个子项目（例如演示）项目中使用它们。

您的defaultGoal为install，并tomcat-run绑定pre-integration-test。因此，只要您启动maven install，它就会在执行tomcat-run阶段时执行pre-integration-test。

因此，您应该更新tomcat7-maven-plugin并删除执行。如果您仍想保留这些内容，那么您应该考虑使用一些profiles（用于构建敌人的特定配置文件）
