你正在对img_rgb进行阈值处理,那时候是空的。

另外,为什么从灰色到rgb的转换呢? (顺便说一下,如果你在rgb图像上循环,mat.at<uchar>(y,x)错了,应该是mat.at<Vec3b>(y,x)

我会说,跳过gray2rgb转换,然后阈值加载的灰度图像:

cv::Mat im = cv::imread("IMG.jpg",0);
if (im.empty())
    return -1;

cv::Mat thresh;
cv::threshold(im, thresh, 155, 255, CV_THRESH_BINARY);

然后使用该垫进行进一步处理:
