该方法称为answerKey,而不是AnswerKey。实际上,这肯定不会像你现在编写的那样编译 - 你在尝试将变量分配给某个东西,同时使用该变量作为构造函数参数。它应该是:

JLabel AnswerKey = new JLabel(dashReplace(answerKey()).toString());

但要使这项工作正常,您需要将方法设为非static。此外,拥有一个名为AnswerKey的变量和一个名为answerKey的方法只是为了混淆而烦恼 - 我建议为JLabel建立一个更好的名称。
