[req addValue:@"HelloWorld" forHTTPHeaderField:@"SOAPAction"];

服务器无法找到与您要发送的请求相对应的服务。您创建的SOAP事务发送：

"<HelloWorld xmlns=\"http://tempuri.org/\" />\n"

客户希望服务器了解哪个。在这种情况下，您的服务器不理解事务请求并返回：

  Server did not recognize the value of HTTP Header SOAPAction: HelloWorld.

看起来您的SOAP客户端很好，除了操作HelloWorld与服务器上的任何内容都不对应。

检查服务器并确保这是一个有效的操作，并更正客户端发送有效的操作请求，或者服务器响应您发送的请求。
