无法让Firefox停止缓存

有很多关于阻止浏览器缓存的问题和答案，我已经尝试了很多。似乎Cache-Control: no-cache,no-store以及Pragma: no-cache和Expires: 0应该可以解决问题。但是，Firefox只对我的图像发出一个请求。
