新网站没有在Magento中加载主题css文件

我在域A中有Magento 1.7.0.2。我在同一个Magento安装下创建了一个新的“网站”。这个“新网站”有一个不同的URL（B）。

我在Admin-panel和新URL中配置了主题，然后通过FTP添加了主题文件，但是当我访问域B时，没有加载css。我启用了模板路径提示，我可以看到相应的新主题模板的路径，但是没有加载css / js文件（skin/frontend/default/newtheme）。

在/public_html/domainB.com下，我添加了index.php文件，该文件加载我创建的“新网站”。这是我修改的行：

$mageFilename = '../app/Mage.php';
Mage::run('marymcdonaldinc','website');

我认为问题不在index.php文件中，因为它似乎正在加载“新网站”。

配置以下设置：system->configuration->web

• 基本网址：http://example.com/magento/
• 基本链接网址：http://example.com/magento/[B_folder name]/

并且主题的以下设置应显示在B网站上：system->configuration->Design在主题部分
