我也有这个问题。 Ubuntu在/usr/share/php5附带了一些示例PHP配置文件：php.ini-production是Apache Web服务器PHP配置（/etc/php5/apache2/php.ini）的模板，它禁用了pcntl_fork和其他功能。 php.ini-production.cli是从命令行（/etc/php5/cli/php.ini）运行PHP的模板，包括当您运行测试时，它不会禁用任何功能。但不知怎的，我的/etc/php5/cli/php.ini是Apache配置的副本，它禁用了这些功能。
