如果方法#count返回1或更大，则只显示注释。当你调用方法计数时，它会直接计入数据库，如果是没有任何注释的文章，它将不会呈现任何内容，因为你可以看到没有注释的文章。
但是，当评论存在时，您正在构建一个新的评论以显示在表单中，并尝试为其创建编辑链接。
所以我的解决方案是，更改你的form_for，因为你不需要再次重新发送所有评论，将新评论作为参数传递，而不是在评论集合上构建一个。然后在另一个视图中，您可以为每个持久性注释创建编辑链接。
