一种可能的解决方法可能是在“我的位置”点上方绘制Marker（带有类似图标），以便您可以收到相应的onMarkerClick()回调。这还需要删除标记并在每次有位置更新事件时将其添加到新位置，您可以通过实施OnMyLocationChangeListener来监听。

编辑：现在不推荐OnMyLocationChangeListener界面，应该使用新的LocationClient和相关的LocationListener。
