我安装了WordPress并安装并激活了一些插件。但是我丢失了原始插件.zip文件。我想将一些插件安装到一个新的WordPress中。

我不想要迁移/移动/备份 - 恢复整个当前的WP安装。我只是想为一些已安装的插件重新创建原始插件.zip文件。我可以访问整个文件树以及数据库。有没有办法做到这一点？
