当OpenSSL发生变化时，请始终重新编译Ruby或openssl原生扩展。
Ruby将OpenSSL版本编译为openssl本机扩展，即使它链接到共享的OpenSSL库也是如此。重新安装Ruby或重新编译openssl扩展来修复它。
