这两个实现的问题是轮播使用隐藏在DIV和LI包装每个图像上的溢出。当您将鼠标悬停在图像上时,您的工具提示代码正在正常触发,但您实际上看不到显示的工具提示,因为它隐藏在LI元素上方。

对于修复,您必须让工具提示事件将工具提示直接附加到BODY标记,并使用一些jquery技术来查找触发事件以重新定位工具提示的LI。

另一种可能性是确保所有显示的图像都具有固定的缩略图大小,您可以取消溢出:隐藏在所有元素上。然后,您需要将以下内容添加到之前有溢出的父DIV:隐藏

overflow-x: hidden;

这是因为你真的只想隐藏旋转木马的左右两侧,而不是顶部和底部。这将允许工具提示正确显示,因为它显示在LI的正Y轴上。
