1）在你的php.ini文件中，在extension = php_openssl.dll之前删除注释 2）在你的php配置文件中，在extension = php_openssl.dll之前删除注释 3）重启你的apache服务器 4）检查Xampp主页中PHAR部分下是否启用了openssl
